Refund policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange and send the item back to us. Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for returning or exchanging. Return shipping is shouldered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, undamaged or unused, with hangtags and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days receiving the item and ONLY FOR SIZE CHANGES. 

We will NOT accept your request on the following terms:

ADC Studios reserves the right to deny a return if the swing tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, washed, soiled, damaged, or have any form of stain like makeup or perfumes/scents on the fabric your refund will not be approved. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


To start a return, message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or send us an email at hello.adcstudios@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
