FAQ
What is the ADC Archive Owner Collection?
The ADC Archive Owner Collection is a one-time release of our final-first-era pieces from ADC Studios. Only 159 units exist. These designs will never be restocked or reproduced as we transition into our next chapter.
Are Archive items final sale?
Yes. All Archive Owner Collection pieces are final sale.
Due to the limited nature of this capsule, we do not offer:
- returns for change of mind
- refunds for sizing
- cancellations after purchase
- store credit
This policy ensures fairness across an extremely limited collection.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes — we offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
Exchanges are only possible if the requested size is in stock at the time of processing.
Exchange Requirements:
To be eligible:
- Exchange request must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees:
- return shipping to ADC
- re-delivery fee for the replacement size
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Why no returns?
Archive Owner pieces are the final release of ADC Studio’s first-era designs.
Because each piece is limited and will never be restocked, we operate with a no-return, no-refund policy to:
- maintain capsule integrity
- ensure equal access for all customers
- honour the limited availability
- protect collectors who purchase rare pieces
This is aligned with premium Australian boutique standards.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Archive events move quickly, and cancellations risk incorrect stock allocations.
Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.
What if my size sells out?
If your preferred size is unavailable, we cannot offer refunds or store credit, as all Archive items are final sale.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide and garment measurements before completing your purchase.
What if I receive a faulty item?
ADC complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives with a major manufacturing fault, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Examples of major faults include:
- broken zipper on arrival
- open seams that affect wearability
- incorrect item shipped
Not considered faults under ACL:

- damage after washing
Faulty item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photographs.
